That GPU uses very old version of AMD driver, so it is possible when you installed the RX570 without removing the HD5xxx GPU driver and might be causing the problem. I even went to the display adapter and tried to 'update driver' and manually selected nvidia PCI controller (since I couldn't find GTX 760 on the list anywhere).
